Global Hub & Next Generation Building Project - ~$4,850,000
The completion of our Global Hub and Next Generation Building at Houston Levee is one of the most significant initiatives in the history of our church. With over 50,000 square feet of new space, this project positions our church for future growth within the city of Memphis and expansion of The Life Church around the world. This is an urgent need for our church to fulfill the mandate God has given us to multiply across the earth and to create the space we need to continue reaching more families and young people throughout the Mid-South. This cost is the approximate total remaining project fundraising goal. (More details coming on November 2.)

Facility Improvements & Master Planning Austin Peay and Highland Locations - ~$350,000
As we plan for the future, our hope is to undertake master planning for both our Austin Peay and Highland locations while also continuing to invest in facility improvements. The master planning process will focus on positioning Austin Peay as the hub of our outreach programs throughout the Mid-South and strengthening Highland as a key location near the largest university in the region with significant growth potential in the East Memphis area.

College Ministry - ~$15,000
We’re excited about our new and growing ministry to college students and young adults. Housed at the Highland location, it has quickly become a place where new young people are finding Jesus and godly community. As we move into 2026, our goal is to increase our investment in this ministry as we believe now is the time to reach even further into the college campuses in our city.

Prison Ministry - ~$75,000
Our church is receiving favor and tremendous open doors in the local prison system as a result of our weekly services at the Shelby County Division of Corrections and 201 Poplar. As we head into 2026, we’re praying about opportunities to begin more weekly services for women at the Jail East Women’s Prison and for teenagers at the Juvenile Detention Center.

Read2Lead & Community Engagement - ~$400,000
In the last 10 years, Read2Lead has served over 800 children. At our Austin Peay location, we will continue providing our Read2Lead after-school and summer programs to underserved kindergarten through 8th grade students. This next year, we’re also planning to serve public schools, neighborhoods and families near each of our Life Church locations through adopted schools and Serve Days.

FeedMemphis - ~$100,000
In 2026, we will celebrate 15 years of FeedMemphis. Through this initiative, we have helped fight food insecurity in our city by serving families over 6 million meals. For our monthly Pop Up Grocery outreach, we’re planning to roll out an enhanced shopping experience that allows families to select the groceries they need and provides more choice and dignity.

New Global Bible School - ~$100,000
In 2026, we are preparing to launch a brand new Global Bible School designed to equip and train more leaders to build the church and expand the Kingdom of God. This Bible school will be a fully developed, two-year program with courses housed online so that anyone around the world can access and participate in the experience. Each student will receive training in Biblical Theology, Practical Ministry and Leadership Skills.

Global Expansion Fund - ~$3,000,000
As we continue to grow and reach into the world to bring the message of Jesus to those who are lost, we are always evaluating more opportunities to expand by adding new regions, new locations to existing regions and establishing permanence in key cities across the earth. Some of the present needs include: launching a second location in our New York region, a second location in our Santiago, Chile region and establishing permanence at any of our locations that are portable. In addition to this, we are always prayerfully evaluating more God-breathed opportunities to launch Life Church locations in new parts of the world.

Make Room Coaching - ~$300,000
Make Room exists to train, develop and resource pastors and leaders all over the world. Over the last few years, Make Room has served thousands of pastors in four different continents and continues to grow in its reach, influence and impact. In 2026, we expect to resource and train close to 1,500 pastors and church leaders.

World Missions Investment - ~$2,300,000
Since the beginning, our church has been committed to investing in strategic partners to advance the mission of Jesus throughout the earth. In 2026, we will invest millions of dollars into world missions. We are proud to partner with some of the most impactful Christian organizations in the world today. Partners like Hand of Hope, A21, Vapor Ministries, Vision Rescue, Convoy of Hope, Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries and many more. We also support missionaries in various countries who are on the front lines of making a difference for God’s Kingdom.
